Gulf States Aircraft Sales is a melding of an experienced sales and brokerage facility with nation's largest Diamond, Tecnam, Continental and Austro diesel engine service centers. We are about service and relationships. The sale of an aircraft by Gulf States Aircraft Sales is not the end of a transaction. It is the beginning of serious and committed long term after sale customer support. After sale support is in our DNA and draws a distinction between our companies and other dedicated sales facilities with no substantial in house service and parts capabilities.
SouthTecAviation was founded by Glenn Lawler. Glenn worked as a technical representative for Diamond Aircraft for 16 years and has worked and trained on all Diamond Aircraft. Glenn taught all of Diamond Aircrafts Maintenance Classes including Fiberglass/ Composite repairs to other service centers. SouthTecAviation also has extensive LSA experience, including Tecnam, Sport Cruiser, Pipistrel, and others as well as 18 years of experience maintaining Rotax Engines.

The company today operates in 5 main locations:
the headquarters in Capua (IT), on a area of mq. 60.000 ( with a built-up aera 13.500 mq ) with direct access to O. Salomone airport (LIAU);
A factory in Casoria (IT) with 4.000 mq close to Napoli international airport. This factory is dedicated to the production of composite materials and precision mechanics.
An auxiliary factory in Capua with 3.200 mq, close to the headquarters, where we assemble the primary airframe structures.
A subsidiary company in Sebring, FL USA, Tecnam US Inc. (100% owned by Tecnam Italy), with direct access to Sebring airport (SEF), with a area of 1.950 mq, with showroom and service center;
A subsidiary company, with show room and offices in Runaway Bay, in Australia, Tecnam Pty ltd (100% owned by Tecnam Italy).

Errol Bader and Glenn Lawler have been selling and servicing new and used Diamond Aircraft since 1998. We have a longstanding positive relationship with all our customer having been involved in supporting Diamond Aircraft almost from the beginning of its entrance to this continent
One of our core businesses is to purchase preowned Diamond aircraft especially at the time of recommended diesel engine replacement. Often, we buy aircraft we originally sold and perform an exhaustive pre buy inspection. SouthTecAviation applies a twelve point corrosion inspection to each aircraft before acquisition. After purchase the aircraft goes through our service center in North Carolina for further inspection and usually upgrade to new engines and avionics. All of our preowned aircraft are enrolled in the Piston Power airframe and engine program.
Our founder, Errol Bader has been around aviation for most of his career. First, as the VP of Sales for Diamond Aircraft when they were making the transition from factory direct sales to an independent dealer based network. Errol has had an unbroken relationship with Diamond Aircraft for almost twenty years. Errol has also designed and implemented Extra Aircraft’s dealer-based distribution system. He also served as the President of USAERO LLC, a regional Diamond Aircraft dealership based in Denver for twelve years.
Errol serves as a board member of Piston Power and is also on the board of the NAAEA. The National Aviation and Aerospace Employers Association is dedicated to help aviation employers retain their employees. Errol served as a White House advance man and is a published author. He has Commercial, instrument, multi engine, glider and Cessna jet SIC ratings.
